Refund policy
Ritemoves.com must receive all requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments, within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. For Hot jobs credits, if the refund request is received within 7 days of the purchase date and the customer has not used his/her credits  in this period, or hasn’t used services purchased in this period, the customer will be granted a full refund.  If the customer has used some credits and not used some and wants a refund within 7 days of the purchase date, his package will be adjusted as such and refund be given on the credits not used.

For employers of choice packages, once activated will not be refunded. Though as in the case of Hot jobs you may request to be downgraded to lower level of package and ask for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. E.g if you buy a 3 month package and after activation you want a refund within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund your amount after deducting the cost of the 1 month package.

Refunds, replacements and adjustments will be considered if received within 7 calendar days of the purchase date and will also be considered for technical problems on Ritemoves.com servers resulting in the customer not being able to view the Ritemoves.com Jobsite. Ritemoves must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within 7 calendar days, before a refund, replacement or adjustment will be considered.

After 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, refunds, replacements and adjustments may be considered at the sole discretion of Ritemoves staff members, only if the customer's account hasn't been used since purchase was made.

In the event that the Ritemoves removes a job posting from the Ritemoves.com Jobsite, which it believes to be either fraudulent or libelous, (but is not limited to this instance) Ritemoves.com will give a full refund for that job posting.
